Add the coconut aminos, water, rice vinegar, sriracha, SunButter, honey, ginger and sea salt into a small bowl or large measuring cup, and whisk together until smooth.
Add sesame oil or olive oil and , spreading out into an even layer. Cook shrimp for about 3 minutes.Bring the sauce to a simmer, and cook the shrimp in the sauce for about 5 minutes
