Ingredients
  • 1½ cups pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 3 ice cubes
  • 1 cup soda water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
  • 1 lime, juice squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend well, until all the pineapple and ice and blended and frothy.
