Carrot Cake

This moist and richly spiced Gluten Free Carrot Cake recipe is made with simple ingredients and will instantly become a go-to in your kitchen!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Almond flour Cinnamon Ginger Baking soda Sea salt Eggs

Honey  Coconut oil Carrots Walnuts coconut

In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, sea salt, cinnamon and ginger.

ONE

In a large mixing bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil, and honey

Add the dry ingredients into the bowl with the egg mixture, and stir to combine. Add in shredded carrots, walnuts, and coconut. Stir to evenly mix in the additions.

THREE

Bake the carrot cake for 32-35 minutes, until the cake is a golden color and is set in the center. After the cakes have fully cooled, frost them with Healthy Cream Cheese Frosting.
