Honey Glazed Spiral Ham

WHAT YOU NEED

Add ham to a shallow baking dish or broiler pan, and cook long enough to heat it to an internal temperature of 135º F

ONE

Whisk up the glaze.

TWO

During the last 30 minutes of baking, glaze the ham 3 times. Glaze it, then bake it another 10 minutes before adding another coat of the glaze, and the repeat the process.

THREE

When the ham has reached 135º F, remove it from the oven, and place a piece of foil over the top to hold in the heat and moisture.

FOUR

Allow it to rest and the juices to settle for 15 minutes before slicing.
