Toss the ingredients into a blender, and process into a thick pancake batter.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Banana Oats Almond milk Vanilla Protein Powder Flax seeds Hemp seeds

Add the milk, oats, hemp seeds, flax seeds, banana, and protein powder to a blender.

ONE

Blend until the oats are broken down into a slightly gitty textured batter

TWO

Heat a skillet over medium high heat. Pour pancake batter into large pancakes.

THREE

Slip, and continue to cook another 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
