Teriyaki Shrimp Stir Fry
A healthy stir fry made with crisp veggies and tender shrimp, swimming in a homemade teriyaki sauce. This is the perfect weeknight meal, ready in 20 minutes!

Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce
- 1/2 cup coconut aminos (sub 1/3 cup tamari + 3 tablespoons water)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoons garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon arrowroot mixed into 2 tablespoons water
Shrimp Stir Fry
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 cups vegetables (carrots, peppers, snap peas, baby bok choy, etc.)
- sea salt to taste
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp peeled & deveined
In a medium sized mixing bowl, add all teriyaki sauce ingredients, and whisk to combine. Set aside.
Heat a skillet or wok over high heat on the stove. Add the sesame oil and vegetables, and stir fry for 3-5 minutes, until crisp tender. Remove vegetables from pan.
Add the shrimp into the pan, and cook for about 3 minutes. Flip the shrimp to evenly cook.
Add the stir fry sauce into the skillet with the shrimp, and bring to a simmer. Allow it to simmer for 3-4 minutes until it has thickened.
Add the vegetables back into the skillet and toss with the sauce and shrimp to evenly coat.
