Shake up your green smoothie routine with this pumpkin coffee smoothie, with an extra jolt from cold brew coffee. A delicious breakfast or afternoon snack!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Canned pumpkin Cold brew coffee, frozen into ice cubes  Coconut Milk (full fat from a can, or sub almond milk for a less creamy version) Yogurt (sub coconut yogurt) Frozen Bananas (peeled and quartered) Pumpkin Pie Spice

Into a blender, add the coffee cubes, pumpkin puree, yogurt, coconut milk, frozen banana, and spices.

Process until a very smooth and creamy texture is formed.

Up the fun factor of these smoothies by adding a dollop of whipped cream or coconut whipped cream! Sprinkle some cinnamon.
