Air Fryer Apple Crisp

I make 4 single serving dishes – share them, or make them for meal prep! Perfection served with vanilla ice cream or a some thick Greek yogurt.

WHAT YOU NEED

Crisp Topping: Oats Shredded Coconut Coconut Oil Maple Syrup SunButter No Sugar Added Sea Salt Cinnamon

WHAT YOU NEED

Cut, core, and peel apples. Drain the apples and add them into a mixing bowl along with maple syrup, lemon juice, coconut oil, arrowroot, and cinnamon. Toss the apples to evenly coat.

ONE

Divide the apples between 4 small ramekins (6-8 ounces). Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Add the ramekins to the air fryer basket and cook the apples for 25 minutes.

TWO

In a medium bowl, add the SunButter, maple syrup, coconut oil, sea salt and cinnamon. Stir well to combine. Add the oats and optional coconut (or nuts). Stir to mix into a crumbly topping.

THREE

Remove the foil from the ramekins, and divide the crisp topping between the 4 dishes on top of the tender apples.  Return to the air fryer for 5 minutes, until the topping is golden brown.

FOUR

Individual sized apple crisps, made quickly in an air fryer! This fall dessert is perfection topped with ice cream and a drizzle of SunButter caramel sauce.
