Add all ingredients to a blender, and process until thick and creamy.

Taste, and adjust by adding sweetener or additional milk.

Cashew or almond butter. Chopped cauliflower or zucchini. Add a tropical twist and a little more sweet by adding 1/2 a frozen banana or 1/2 cup frozen mango.
