Blueberry Crisp

Bueberries  Lemon juice Maple syrup  Arrowroot

WHAT YOU NEED 

Crisp Topping SunButter Maple syrup  Coconut oil  Flax seed meal Sea salt Oats rolled Oat flour  Coconut

WHAT YOU NEED 

Add blueberries to a 9″x9″ baking dish. Sprinkle the berries with maple syrup, lemon juice, and arrowroot powder, then gently mix to coat blueberries.

ONE

Cover baking dish with foil, and bake berries for 40 minutes.

TWO

Into a mixing bowl add maple syrup, SunButter no sugar added, coconut oil, egg, flax seed meal and salt. Stir to combine.

THREE

Into the wet ingredients, add oat flour, oatmeal, and coconut. Stir to combine.

FOUR

Sprinkle the top of the baked blueberries with the crisp topping, and return the baking dish to the oven for an additional 20 minutes uncovered.

FIVE

You’ll adore this healthy, gluten free blueberry crisp! Using fresh or frozen blueberries, and a simple oatmeal-cookie like topping.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or coconut ice cream for the perfect dessert.
