WHAT YOU NEED:

Cottage Cheese Milk Kale Mandarin Oranges Blueberries Ice Protein powder

Add all smoothie ingredients to a high-speed blender.

Process the smoothie until very smooth. Add additional milk to thin the smoothie to preference. Add additional frozen fruit or ice cubes to make a thicker smoothie.
