CORNBREAD

Made with clean ingredients, it’s a much healthier choice than the boxed alternative.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Dry Masa harina  Grind corn meal Almond flour Arrowroot flour Baking powder Baking soda Sea salt

Wet Almond milk  Red wine vinegar  Butter melted Eggs Honey

In a small bowl or measuring cup, add milk and vinegar. Set aside.

ONE

Mix all dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.

TWO

In the bowl with the milk and vinegar, add the rest of the wet ingredients, and mix together well.

THREE

Add the wet ingredients to the dry, and mix until there are no more dry spots, without over mixing. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.

FOUR

This can also be easily made a gluten free dairy free cornbread.
