Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps

These Thai Chicken Lettuce Wraps are sure to be your new favorite lunch!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Romaine lettuce Red cabbage Mango Sunflower seeds Cilantro and Thai basil Red chillis

Add all ingredients to a blender, and process.

ONE

Add ground chicken, and brown. Add sea salt, coconut aminos, and chili sauce to taste.

TWO

To assemble the wraps, add cabbage, mango, and chicken, and then top with toasted seeds and herbs.

THREE

A spicy ginger and shallot chicken mixture is layered on to crisp lettuce with mango, crunchy cabbage, and a creamy and spicy sauce inspired by a Thai peanut sauce.
