Matcha White Chocolate Chip Cookies

Elevate your matcha cookies with white chocolate chips and macadamia nuts! These cookies have a buttery, chewy texture.

Almond flour  Cashew butter  Maple syrup  Coconut oil  Matcha green tea powder

WHAT YOU NEED

Vanilla extract Sea salt Baking soda White chocolate chips Macadamia nuts

In a medium sized mixing bowl, add the cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, coconut sugar, matcha powder, sea salt and baking soda. Whisk to combine.

ONE

Add the almond flour, and stir to form a sticky cookie dough. Fold in the white chocolate chips, and macadamia nuts or other nut, if using.

TWO

Scoop the cookie dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on a cookie sheet. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes.

The earthy matcha powder is perfectly complemented by the creamy white chocolate.
