Acorn Squash

Roasted acorn squash is a delicious side dish. Its flesh is mildly sweet and super creamy.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Acorn squash Avocado oil  Sea salt  Black pepper Herbs  Coconut sugar

Cut the squash in half, and use a spoon to remove the seeds and pith.

Season the squash with avocado oil, salt and pepper. Use sugar and herbs, if desired.

Enjoy it lightly seasoned with salt and pepper, or give your baked acorn squash a twist by adding some coconut sugar and herbs.
