My all-time favorite way to prepare salmon is this Slow Roasted Salmon recipe. It’s a fool proof way to make sure your salmon is tender and moist.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Salmon Filet Olive Oil Kosher Salt Black Pepper Paprika Lemon Juice Mojo Verde

Rub salmon with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.

Slow bake the salmon for 30-50 minutes, depending on thickness of filet and fat content of fish.

Serve Slow Baked Salmon with Mojo Verde

By cooking salmon at a lower temperature, it maintains moisture, resulting in tender salmon that flakes at the touch of your fork. It arguably takes less work than traditional baking methods.
