No Bake Oatmeal Cookies

Chewy, fudgy, and  over-the-top delicious, your family will adore these healthy cookies!

WHAT YOU NEED:

Cashew butter Maple syrup Coconut oil Sea salt Cacao powder

Vanilla extract Oats Coconut Cacao nibs

In a medium sized saucepan, add cashew butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt.

ONE

Remove from heat, and add in cacao powder and vanilla, whisking until a smooth chocolate sauce is formed.

TWO

Stir in oatmeal and coconut, and stir until evenly coated.

THREE

Scoop cookies onto the lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate or freeze the cookies until they are set
