Chia Pudding

Beat egg boredom with this Whole30 Breakfast Chia Pudding. This version is lightly sweetened with a date, and is a refreshing, quick breakfast option.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Almond milk  Date  Chia seeds Cinnamon Sea salt Toppings Fresh fruit  Nuts Nut butter Coconut butter Unsweetened coconut

Add 1 cup of almond milk, date, salt and cinnamon to a blender. Blend on high speed for about 1 minute.

ONE

Add 2 more cups of almond, and chia seeds, and pulse until combined, leaving chia seeds whole. Leave mixture in blender for about 10 minutes. 

TWO

Top with fresh fruit, nuts and seeds, nut butters, and coconut to enjoy!

THREE

I love to put this chia pudding in jars and have breakfast ready for the next few days.
