Add the chia seeds, hemp seeds, ginger powder, grapefruit juice and almond milk to a blender. If you do not have a high speed blender, it helps to allow the seeds to absorb liquid before blending (about 10 minutes).
Add the spinach and cucumber, and blend until the seeds and greens are liquidized.
Add the blueberries, watermelon and ice, and blend until smooth.
Notes
This recipe is just a guideline! These particular ingredients are all healthy and fiber packed, but mango and banana would be good substitutions for the watermelon, and greek yogurt or whey protein would work in place of the hemp and chia mixture.
