Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil
  • 2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons ginger grated
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup SunButter No Sugar Added
  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut into diced sized cubes
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
