Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

  • 2 russet potatoes small to medium in size
  • 2 teaspoons avocado oil
  • kosher salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 390º F.
  • Cut the ends off the potatoes, and pierce the skins several times.
  • Coat the potatoes in avocado oil, and generously sprinkle them with kosher salt.
  • Bake the potatoes in the air fryer for 35-45 minutes, depending on size of potatoes.

Notes

  • Scrubbing the potatoes, cutting off the ends, and poking them ensures your potatoes will have a clean, delicious skin to eat and stops them from building up pressure in the air fryer.
  • Don't skip the oil/salt coating on the outside of the potato. It keeps the potato skin moist and helps it crisp up.
  • Use uniform sized potatoes, so they cook evenly.
  • Reheat Potatoes: Cut the potatoes in half and put them back in the air fryer at 390º for about 8 minutes.
