A crave-worthy dinner is on the table fast with these delicious Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Slaw! Saute shrimp with blackening seasoning, and layer them in tortillas with cabbage salsa, chunks of sweet pineapple, and cotija cheese.

Make them Less Spicy: Use half of the cajun seasoning, or omit all together and season the shrimp with salt, cumin, paprika, and lime juice. If you make your own cabbage salsa, you can also cut down on the amount of jalapeno.
Save Time: No time to make a cabbage salsa? The homemade version is really best after left sitting for a few hours or overnight. Buy a prepackaged slaw mix, and jazz it up with some chopped jalapeno and lime juice.
Mix up the Fillings: No pineapple? Mango or avocado are both great additions to these seafood tacos. A storebought guacamole would also be great!
Make These Dairy Free: These shrimp tacos are great without the cheese! Keep them dairy free by omitting the cheese. If you’d like, add avocado to replace the creaminess!
