Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon turmeric
  • pinch of sea salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients except poppy seeds into a mixing bowl. Whisk until well combined and very creamy.
  • Stir in the poppy seeds.
