Coconut Mint Iced Mocha

Try this healthier Peppermint Coconut Milk Iced Mocha, and you won’t be tempted to spend your cash at the coffee houses this summer.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Cold brew coffee Raw cocoa powder Medjool dates Vanilla Peppermint extract

Add cold brew coffee, cocoa powder, and dates to a blender. Blend on high for 2-3 minutes.

ONE

Strain coffee concentrate through cheesecloth or a nut milk bag.

TWO

When ready to serve, pour concentrate over ice and add water
