Cold Brew Coffee

Cold Brew is slowly brewed in cold or room temperature water, rather than being quickly brewed with hot water.

COLD BREW VS ICED COFFEE

Cold brew is higher in caffeine – cold brew contains 100-200 mg of caffeine, compared to about 95 mg of caffeine in a traditional cup of coffee.

COLD BREW VS ICED COFFEE

Iced Cold Brew Ratio 3 ounces grounds, 3 cups water Hot Cold Brew Ratio 3 ounces grounds, 3 cups water (add hot water to taste) Cold Brew Concentrate (for lattes) 3 ounces grounds, 2.5 cups water (then add milk to taste)

COLD BREW RATIO

Coarsely grind coffee  beans in a coffee grinder. Burr grinders produce the most even sized grounds.

GRIND BEANS

Add ground coffee beans  to a French press, and add water. Allow to steep for  about 12 hours .

BREW COFFEE

Press the handle down on the French press to filter out the coffee grinds.

STRAIN COFFEE

Enjoy the coffee poured over ice or reheated as a hot beverage.

POUR OVER ICE

Pour in coconut milk or cream and drink it over ice.

ENJOY!

Cold brew coffee stays fresh for 5-7 days when refrigerated.
