Mango Cloud {Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free}
A fluffy, airy mango ice cream, made with nothing but frozen fruit, coconut milk, and a bit of whey protein powder. 5 minutes until healthy dessert heaven!

Add the cut up, frozen bananas and mango to the food processor bowl. Pulse until the fruit is broken up.
Add the coconut milk, and process until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You might need to stop the processor and scrape the fruit down off the sides.
Once the fruit is a thick ice cream consistency, add whey protein powder. Continue to process until the volume of your "ice cream" doubles and is light and fluffy in consistency.
