Mango Cloud {Dairy-Free, Sugar-Free}

A fluffy, airy mango ice cream, made with nothing but frozen fruit, coconut milk, and a bit of whey protein powder. 5 minutes until healthy dessert heaven!

  • Add the cut up, frozen bananas and mango to the food processor bowl. Pulse until the fruit is broken up.
  • Add the coconut milk, and process until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy. You might need to stop the processor and scrape the fruit down off the sides.
  • Once the fruit is a thick ice cream consistency, add whey protein powder. Continue to process until the volume of your "ice cream" doubles and is light and fluffy in consistency.
