Asparagus cooks perfectly in little time in an air fryer! Air frying is a healthy cooking method perfect for quick meats and veggies. This version is lightly seasoned with pops or lemon and parmesan cheese!
Snap the ends off of washed asparagus. Bend the spears towards the bottom of the stalks, and they will naturally break where the woody end stops and the softer part starts.
Spray the asparagus with avocado oil.
Season asparagus with salt and pepper, and 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese, reserving the other to garnish the cooked asparagus.
Cook the asparagus in the air fryer for 5 minutes.
Garnish asparagus with additional parmesan cheese and lemon slices.
