Whole30 Chicken Blackberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 cups baby greens
  • 1 lb rotisserie chicken cut in chunks
  • 2 cup blackberries
  • 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1/2 cup pistachios shelled, toasted

Creamy Basil Tahini Dressing

  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add all the dressing ingredients to a blender, and process until it's a smooth and creamy dressing.
  • Layer salads with greens, berries, avocado, chicken and pistachios. Serve with Creamy Basil Tahini dressing.
